On December 13, 2022, Turkish sports representatives and young volunteers, who were guests of Khazar University, visited the Baku Youth Center (BYC). Note that BYC is a social service institution operating under the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

A meeting with the guests was held with the participation of Nargiz Babayeva, director of BYC, Alovsat Amirbeyli, director of Public Relations and Media of Khazar University, Fatima Valiyeva, coordinator of International Relations Office. Nargiz Babayeva and her team provided the guests with detailed information about BYC's activities and introduced them to the center.

Emine Ayan, volunteer from Kırşehir, student of Ahi Evren University, delivered a comprehensive presentation. In the end, the director of the Kırşehir Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports of the Republic of Turkey, Numan Sahin, presented a thank you plaque and a gift to the head of the BYC, Nargiz Babayeva, and expressed his deep gratitude for the warm reception.
