On December 8, 2022, the founder of Khazar University, the chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli, delivered a lecture as a guest lecturer at the "Governance and Management in Higher Education" class in front of students enrolled in the dual program organized by Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and George Washington University.

He spoke about the challenges and development prospects of higher education in Azerbaijan and the world, and answered the questions of students.

In the end, the students expressed their gratitude to Hamlet Isakhanli for the meaningful and interesting lecture.
