On November 8, 2022, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, met with Chaghri Baghcioghlu, the head of Eastern Europe and Central Asia of Cintana Education of the USA, at the Hilton Hotel in Baku, and discussions were held in the field of international education.

Alovsat Amirbeyli, director of Public Relations and Media of Khazar University, and Ural Akuzum, the lecturer of Bilgi University of Turkey, took part in the meeting.
