Professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli responded to the inquiry of Sputnik Azerbaijan

On November 4, 2022, the Russian-language news portal Sputnik Azerbaijan published an article containing the answers of experts to the survey "Accreditation of higher education institutions in Azerbaijan - what and how will it be evaluated" authored by Zulfiyya Guluyeva.

The founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli responded to the inquiry and noted that the accreditation of higher education institutions has been applied in foreign countries since the 70s of the XIX century and has already been implemented in Azerbaijan, and new accreditations are also normal, and he expressed other considerations as well.
