Department head at international conference

On October 12-15, 2022, an international event called "Manas Forum - 2022" was held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, hosted by Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University and with the cooperation of several universities from the Turkic world. The forum held for the second time this year was on "Security and Power Transition in Asia".

At the forum held in the Gasim Tynistanov conference hall, speeches of many experts from the Turkic world were heard. At the forum, the head of Khazar University History and Archeology Department Dr. Telman Nüsratoglu spoke on the topic "The role of OTS in ensuring security and stability in Eurasia".
