AZERTAC and other websites published news about an online meeting between the staff of Khazar University's Department of Life Sciences and the staff of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Qafqaz University located in Kars, Turkey.

The news says that during the discussion a preliminary agreement has been reached on holding classes for the students of Khazar University majoring in veterinary medicine by the faculty members of Qafqaz University, high-achieving students` studying at Qafqaz University on the basis of a dual diploma, doing internships, conducting joint research, implementing projects and other issues.
