On June 30, 2022, the presentation of Khazar University's official website "Literary Voyagers" (https://klv.az/) and the university's YouTube channel was held.
Associate professor Dilbar Zeynalova, the head of the Department of Languages and Literatures, who moderated the event, welcomed the participants of the ceremony and gave the floor to the founder of Khazar University, the chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli.
Wishing success to the presentation, H.Isakhanli emphasized in his speech that the horizons of literature are very wide. For example, a physicist, mathematician, biologist can also be engaged in literary activity. "In this sense, it is reasonable to open a new literature website," the speaker pointed out.
Then the lecturer of the Department of Languages and Literatures, Kardashkhan Azizkhanli, introduced the site to the event participants, told about the different features of the site, focused on the "English Literature", "German Literature", "Turkish Literature", and "Translation" sections, and said that the translations published on the site are only translated from the original. He also gave information about the "Student Corner" on the website.
The lecturer of the department, Ulvi Babasoy, highlighted that it is already clear what direction the site is taking in the example of the talented authors published on the site.
The YouTube channel of the university was presented by Gulshana Khudiyeva, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology. The presenter talked about the fragments she showed from the videos. Invited guests were given floors. Leading researcher of the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature of ANAS, Ilham Mammadli, employee of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS, Muhammad Jabrayilov, general secretary of Azerbaijan New Generation Lawyers Association, specialist in education law Ramin Nuraliyev, poet-essayist Ramil Ahmed made speeches.
Rector of Khazar University, associate professor Irada Khalilova, expressed her opinion about the new website and concluded the presentation ceremony. Associate Professor Mahammad Eldarov, deputy dean of the Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology, and young writer Orkhan Juvarli also took part in the event, which was attended by teachers and students.
