Presentation of Telman Nusratoglu's book "The South Caucasus Reports of Ottoman Foreign Ministry”

On January 28, 2022, Baku Yunus Emre Institute hosted a presentation of the book "The South Caucasus Reports of Ottoman Foreign Ministry”, published in Ankara by Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu, Head of the Department of History and Archeology at Khazar University. In this work, published with the support of the Yunus Emre Institute, the author sought to shed light on the activities of the Ottoman diplomatic mission in the South Caucasus for the first time in our history through several years of Ottoman archival research.

The event was attended by media representatives of Turkey and Azerbaijan, prominent scientists, as well as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Baku Cahit Bagci, advisers and heads of institutions of Turkey in Baku.
