On May 7, 2021, a virtual meeting was held with Erasmus+ PICASP project coordinators, to which Khazar University is a partner. Along with Khazar University staff, representatives of the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management and the “Miras” Association also attended the meeting. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the activities planned to be implemented by Khazar University and the “Miras” Association within the framework of the Erasmus+ PICASP project.

During the discussions, the idea of involvement of the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management into those events and organization of such events by all Azerbaijani partners together was supported, and the topics and target groups of the events to be held in June-July were decided.

The project partners agreed to re-discuss the events developing a plan and agenda of activities to be reviewed, and then publish an announcement of the events. The project coordinators presented advice on what topics events should be held within the project, and recommended to start preparations for a national conference in Azerbaijan within the project.

Khazar University was represented at the meeting by Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov, Ulkar Bayramova, Dr. Bahadir Baysal, Sabina Guliyeva, and Elnura Akhmadzada.
