At a meeting held on July 3, 2026, it was emphasized that cooperation with higher education institutions in Türkiye is of great importance in terms of improving the quality of education, advancing scientific research, and sharing contemporary practices, and successful cooperation experiences to date were shared with the leadership of Atlas University.

The parties reviewed cooperation opportunities within the framework of future collaboration, including the implementation of student exchange programs, the development of joint scientific projects, the advancement of joint academic programs, and other areas of mutual interest.

Within the framework of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University, and Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak, Rector of Atlas University of Türkiye.
