On January 15, 2020, Khazar University teachers Saida Sharifova, Aytac Misgarli, and Asaf Omarov participated in a seminar elaborated within the project on “The Strengthening Research, Invention and Innovation (RII) in the Higher Education System of Azerbaijan”. The seminar was organized by the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the financial support of the European Union. At the seminar, the information on the strategies for research, inventions and innovations, publication of articles, as well as features of open (green), gold and hybrid introductions in the scientific journals, their advantages and disadvantages, were provided.
