On December 9, 2019, H.E. Mr. Rodrigo Labardini, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the United Mexican States to Azerbaijan, visited Khazar University upon the invitation of the School of Economics and Management. During the visit, the possibilities of cooperation between Khazar University and universities in Mexico were discussed with Associate Professor Irada Khalilova, the Rector of Khazar University, and Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov, the Dean of the School of Economics and Management.

In the meantime, H.E. Mr. Rodrigo Labardini met with the students of the School of Economics and Management, and delivered a very interesting lecture on the economy and the tourism industry of Mexico and bilateral trade relations between Azerbaijan and Mexico and answered the students' questions.
