Dilbar Zeynalova and Gardashkhan Azizkhanli, Instructors of the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature of Khazar University, as well as Ayna Babazadeh, PhD student, participated in IX International Scientific Conference on “Actual Problems of Azerbaijani Studies” dedicated to 95th Anniversary of National Leader, Heydar Aliyev, held on May 3-4, 2018, at Baku Slavic University. Within the conference, associates of Khazar University delivered presentations in relevant sessions on the following topics: “Contemporary novel in the context of new paradigms” (D. Zeynalova), “Representation of the idea of United Azerbaijan in modern poetry” (G. Azizkhanli), “History and artistic imagination in A.Jafarzadeh's prose” (A. Babazadeh).
