“Azerbaijan Muallimi” published an article, January 19, 2018, within the project “Where do State Program awardees work?”. The article included information about Elmar Mustafayev who graduated from La Sapienza University, Italy, within State Program. Currently, Elmar Mustafayev is a lecturer and coordinator of the Department of Political Sciences and International Relations of Khazar University.

The series of articles are dedicated to those who studied abroad within “State Program on education of Azerbaijani youth abroad for the years of 2007-2015” and have successful career in science, education, economy, industry, bank, ICT and other sectors.
