Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, received “A letter of gratitude” from Li Ya, a researcher on the Chinese language and culture of Confucius Institute, Baku State University, on December 11, 2017. In the letter, Lee Ya thanked Hamlet Isakhanli, and Aytaj Misgarli, Samira Orujova, representatives of Library-Information Centre, as well as all people contributing to the ceremony, for the organisation of “The First Chinese Culture Week”, 4-7 December, and expressed the importance of collaboration in the fields of culture and research in the future.
