On February 17, 2017, the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Khazar University jointly published the collection of materials from the Scientific-Practical Conference on "Migration Policy in Azerbaijan: Achievements and Development Perspectives", dedicated to the 10^th anniversary of the State Migration Service.

The collection of materials was published in Khazar University Press and consists of about 30 articles. The editor of this collection and preface author is Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees.
