Considering upcoming exams Department of Psychology of Khazar University and Khazar Psychological Service Centre held a seminar, October 13, 2017, under headline “Methods of coping with exam stress”. Malak Karimova, Director of Khazar Psychological Service Centre, talked about how to cope with pre-exam, exam and post-exam stress. Malak Karimova mentioned that lack of discipline and lack of time management skill as well as dysfunctional thoughts on exams etc. are the factors that cause exam stress. Later the M.Karimova answered questions by participants. Students underlined that these kinds of seminars on the eve of exams are of great help for them since they need special methods to struggle stress. Khazar Psychological Service Centre plans to hold seminars and trainings to support students in terms of social, psychological and moral development.
