On October 27, 2017, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, attended the dinner at the invitation of Madame Aurelia Bouchez, Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan. Quality of higher education, relations between educational institutions and industry-business world, France-Azerbaijan cooperation, equilibrium between specialized education and liberal arts were discussed at the dinner.  Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli talked about these issues and participated in discussions.
