I would like to first of all congratulate you on the successful accomplishment of the grant to support Jean Monnet Chair at Khazar University which you received in 2014. As you know we tried to participate in many of the events that you carried out within, this project, in particular we observed the EU-related courses, European Seminar Series and the conference on the EU-Azerbaijan relations carried out at Khazar University with the participation of many notable speakers as well as students not only from your university but also from many others. We were also happy to see the development of European-Azerbaijani Collaborative Research Network with more than 350 members interconnecting scholars, students, and practitioners from the EU and Azerbaijan.

We would like to thank you again for all your endeavors that promote EU-Azerbaijan cooperation and wish you a successful continuation of your activities.

Dear Mr. Hajizada,

I would like to express my appreciation for the work carried out by Jean Monnet Chair in Azerbaijan, Dr Hajizada. My staff and I personally had the opportunity to cooperate with Dr. Hajizada and I was positively impressed by his involvement and contribution in increasing awareness and knowledge about the European Union in Azerbaijan.

The European Union Delegation staff members had the opportunity to attend events organised by Dr. Hajizada and to contribute with speeches, debates and simulation exercises, the last of which was organised in the framework of Europe Day 2017 celebrations in Baku.
