On June 9, 2017, an annual meeting on Migration Issues of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan Republic was organised for the representatives of International Affairs Offices of local universities and the representatives of companies at the conference hall of the Caspian Business Hotel. The main topic of the meeting was about the labour migration quota.

Elkhan Kasimov, the assistant of the International Affairs Office of Khazar University who is in charge of migration issues, participated in the meeting. Important topics concerning foreigners and persons without citizenship in Azerbaijan were covered and discussed in the meeting.
