An unnoficial record of an official ceremony...

On November 17, 2016, the second official assembly of Eurasian Academy, co-founded by Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, was held in the Marble Hall of Khazar University.
