On July 1, 2016, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli visited Istanbul Technical University of Turkey and met with the rector Professor Dr. Mehmet Karaca. The meeting took place at the rector’s office of Istanbul Technical University.

During the meeting issues of mutual interest were discussed, in particular appointment of supervisors for PhD students, staff and student mobility opportunities within Mevlana Exchange Programme as well as development of double-degree programs.
