The final round of the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2016, a large-scale international technology competition, took place in Baku. The top three teams in the categories of Social Projects, Innovation and Games were announced and were advanced to the next level of the competition.

We note the team which represented Azerbaijan last year in Microsoft Imagine Cup 2015 was successful this year as well. The “NoObs” team, made up of Baku State University and Khazar University students Nizami Ismayilov, Arif Movsumzadeh, Fidan Rustamova and Ulviyya Rustamova, took second place in the Innovations category.
