On May 13, 2016, Kushnud Karimov, representative of Elsevier Publishing for Central Asia and the Caucasus Region, visited Khazar University and held a meeting with Dr. Hasan Niknafs, President of the University; Professor Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice President of Khazar University for Academic Affairs; and members of the media. The meeting included a discussion of Khazar University’s access to Elsevier’s ScienceDirect Scientific Database as well as potential future cooperation.
