An article published on azerinfo.az on December 2, 2020 on the development of the Singapore-based natural sciences and mathematics textbooks stated that the Ministry of Education hadalready taken the first steps in this area and the website asked some well-known representatives of the Azerbaijani education and science community to comment on that.
Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, responded tothe survey.
According to Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the textbooks to be improved by the Institute of Education on natural sciences and mathematics will bring a new approach to the teaching of these subjects, as well as help our students to achieve better results in international assessment studies such as PISA and TIMSS:
"Today, countries like Singapore and Korea, which have a say in technology and industry, are leading the way in this research. If we look at the correlation between education and the economy, it is easy to see the work of human capital armed with a strong education.
