On April 14, 2016, Dr. Hasan Niknafs, Khazar University President; Professor Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice President of Khazar University for Academic Affairs; and Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director for Public Relations and Media, visited the Baku office of TIKA (Turkish Partnership Coordination Agency) and had a meeting with the office director, Mustafa Hasim Polat. During the meeting, they discussed prospects for future partnership between TIKA and Khazar University. M. Polat said he plans to visit the university and present TIKA books to the university in the near future.

H.Niknafs expressed his appreciation to the administration of the TIKA Baku office for the meeting.
