Over the years, Khazar University has become a recognized educational institution not only within our republic but also in the international academic arena. Its commitment to the unity of education and science, its programs responsive to contemporary challenges, the broad opportunities created for students, and the fundamental and applied research conducted therein are clear indicators of the University's sustainable development strategy. It is no coincidence that thousands of your graduates are successfully active across various sectors of our country — science, education, business, public administration, and the private sector — playing an active role in Azerbaijan's socio-economic and cultural development.

I would also like to give special mention to the warm relations of friendship that exist between Baku Business University and Khazar University. Cooperation in the areas of education, internationalization, and scientific research serves the development of both institutions and strengthens the exchange of best practices and knowledge.
