On May 1, 2026, an academic seminar titled "Governance of AI-Based Systems in the Financial Sector: Aspects for Azerbaijan" was organized by the Department of Economics and Management and the School of Economics and Management at Khazar University. The seminar was delivered by Nazrin Akhundzade, a lecturer at the International School of Economics (ISE) of UNEC. Students in attendance received information on the impact of AI on the stability of financial markets, its role in governance and development, as well as the potential application of AI technologies to the stability of Azerbaijan's financial market, and posed relevant questions.
