On July 2, 2025, the first-ever ECO Women's Forum was organized in Lachin city within the framework of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Week. The main objective of the forum was to promote cross-sectoral cooperation in ECO countries to enhance women's opportunities in all spheres.

The event featured speeches by Bahar Muradova, Chairperson of the State Committee on Family, Women and Children Issues, Silapberdi Nurberdiyev, Deputy Secretary-General of ECO, Amina Mohammed, UN Deputy Secretary-General and Chair of the UN Sustainable Development Group, Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana, UN Deputy Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and others.

Subsequently, a film titled "Hanifa Malikova - Zardabi Girls' Education Scholarship Program" was screened.

At the end of the opening day, during a concert by Azerbaijani art masters, Zulfiyya Sadiqova, Director of the Music and Arts Department at Khazar University, honored teacher, and renowned pianist, performed with a solo program.
