On June 23, 2025, a meeting was held at Khazar University with the International Board of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN).

The meeting was attended by Khazar University's International Relations Department staff members Seyran Aliyeva and Jale Mammadova, National Board member of the "Erasmus Student Network (ESN) – Azerbaijan" Public Union Faride Valiyeva, ESN International Board member and Vice-President for Organizational Affairs Kaja Kaczkiello, Head of the Membership Committee for the South-Eastern Europe Platform (SEEP) region Leonor Alcaçarenho, President of ESN Khazar Initiative Group Alisa Nazirzade, and Events Coordinator Kenan Agazade.

During the meeting, future cooperation opportunities between Khazar University and the Erasmus Student Network, ESN Khazar's activities, ongoing projects, and future plans were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, gifts were presented, a campus tour was organized, and commemorative photographs were taken.
