From June 23-27, 2025, Associate Professor Shahla Abbasova, Head of the Architecture and Design Department at Khazar University, made a business visit to Gazi University (Türkiye) within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.

During the visit, Associate Professor Shahla Abbasova met with staff members of the Architecture Division of the Faculty of Architecture at Gazi University: Prof. Dr. Pınar Dinç Kalaycı, Assoc. Dr. Ammar İbrahimgil, Assoc. Prof. Dr. A. Yağmur Topraklı, and Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Zeynep Aslı Gürel. During the meetings, detailed information was provided about the activities and relevant specializations of Khazar University's Architecture and Design Department, and a gift was presented on behalf of Khazar University to the Faculty of Architecture at Gazi University - to Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Zeynep Aslı Gürel.

Within the framework of the business visit, Shahla Abbasova, together with Pınar Dinç Kalaycı, reviewed the practical assignments and projects of the Faculty of Architecture students, and also participated in tours of Gazi University's campuses.

On June 23, under the leadership of Pınar Dinç Kalaycı, a seminar was organized featuring Shahla Abbasova's presentation for faculty members and graduate students of the architecture department. During the seminar, Shahla Abbasova delivered a lecture on "Student Hands, Creative Power" focusing on teaching and project-oriented approaches, and answered questions from faculty members and students related to the topic. The main purpose of the seminar was to provide comprehensive information about practical assignments and projects implemented together with students during instruction in the "Architecture," "Design," and "Fine Arts Teaching" specializations at Khazar University's Architecture and Design Department.

At the end of the visit, Shahla Abbasova was presented with a certificate for representing Khazar University.
