The coordinator of Khazar University's Cultural Anthropology and Folklore Institute (CAFI), Associate Professor Aynur Gazanfarqizi, has been elected as a member of the board of directors of the internationally operating Federation of Turkic Unions Organization.

Associate Professor Aynur Gazanfarqizi will serve as the responsible assistant to the General Chairman for Public Relations within the federation. In this position, she will engage in activities aimed at developing relations among Turkic world countries.

The Federation of Turkic Unions Organization is an international institution that brings together specialists covering various fields. The federation's objective is to develop scientific, economic, legal and social cooperation among Turkic peoples, preserve common values and transmit them to future generations.

This appointment represents recognition of Associate Professor Aynur Gazanfarqizi's scientific and public activities.
