On April 17, 2025, a meeting was held at Khazar University with a representative of Türkiye's Kadir Has University. The meeting was attended by Leyla Aliyeva, International Marketing Specialist at Kadir Has University, Bahar Imanova, Coordinator of the Economics and Management Department at Khazar University, Dr. Mahmud Charkasov, lecturer of the same department, and coordinators of the International Relations Department Seyran Aliyeva, Jale Mammadova, and Ilgara Abdullayeva.

During the meeting, discussions were held on strengthening bilateral relations. At the end, gifts were presented and commemorative photographs were taken.
