On June 11, 2025, a seminar on "University Libraries in the Digital Age: International Resources and Repositories" was held at Baku State University (BSU). The event was dedicated to the methodological activities of BSU's Scientific Library and the annual report of the Azerbaijan Library Information Consortium (Az.LIC).

At the seminar, Aytac Misgarli, Deputy Director of the Khazar University Library Information Center (LIC), also delivered a presentation. She provided comprehensive information about the development path of Khazar University Library Information Center, the application of electronic resources, international cooperation projects, and particularly the experiences gained within the framework of projects aimed at creating institutional repositories designed to strengthen research potential in higher education institutions.

Such seminars are organized annually on the initiative of BSU Scientific Library, which serves as the methodological center for republic higher education libraries and simultaneously leads Az.LIC. Library directors and specialists from higher education institutions and state organizations located in various regions of the republic participate in these seminars.
