On May 26, 2025, Dr. Sevinj Gambarova, coordinator of the Languages Division of the Department of Languages and Literature, participated in the republic scientific-practical conference titled "Azerbaijani Linguistics in the 21st Century: Realities, Perspectives" at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. Dr. Sevinj Gambarova delivered a presentation on "Comparative Study of Azerbaijani Language Dialects" in the conference section "Modern Approaches in Historical-Comparative Linguistics" and answered questions addressed to her.

The presenter noted that Azerbaijani language dialects have been sufficiently researched through monographic methods since the early 20th century. Conducting such research becomes relevant in the process of forming a common communication language and terminology for Turks. The presentation provided information about research works dedicated to comparing Azerbaijani language dialects with other Turkic languages and their dialects, discussing their significance.
