On May 23, 2025, an excursion was organized for students majoring in Veterinary Medicine at the School of Science and Engineering, led by Chichek Aliyeva, coordinator of Khazar University's Veterinary Department, and Idrak Aliyev, staff member of the School of Science and Engineering. The purpose was to familiarize students with the material and technical facilities of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Azerbaijan State Agrarian University (ASAU).

Dean of ASAU's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Shelale Zeynalova and faculty instructor Telman Iskandarov provided students with comprehensive information about the faculty's development history, material and technical facilities, and educational programs. It was noted that the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine serves as the primary institution for training the country's first higher-educated veterinarians, as well as the main center engaged in veterinary scientific research activities. Throughout its operational period, the faculty has prepared thousands of highly qualified veterinary specialists for the country's agricultural sector, including distinguished scientists, labor heroes, public figures, state award laureates, and individuals who have served in senior leadership positions within government structures.

During the excursion, questions of interest to the students were answered.
