On May 23, 2025, a cooperation memorandum was signed between Khazar University and the Republican Artificial Insemination Center (Goygol district). The main objective of this agreement is to enhance the level of student preparation in the field of Veterinary Medicine, conduct joint scientific research work, and implement personnel exchange.

Within the framework of measures taken to ensure food security in Azerbaijan, this center plays an exceptional role in increasing the production of livestock products in the country, improving the breed composition of cattle, and accelerating the implementation of artificial insemination measures.

Within the framework of the memorandum signing, an info-tour regarding the Center's operations was organized for students studying Veterinary Medicine under the leadership of department coordinator Chichek Aliyeva, School of Science and Engineering staff member Idrak Aliyev, and subject instructor Ramin Abbasov.
