On May 2, 2025, an excursion to the “SOCAR Polymer” plant was organized for students majoring in Chemical engineering and Chemistry education of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.  During the tour, the students got acquainted with the main operational areas of the plant, including the control room, laboratory and packaging departments.

During the excursion, the specialists of the “SOCAR Polymer” gave detailed explanations about the equipment used in industrial processes and shared practical information about the daily activities of the plant with the students. The experts also answered the students' questions and exchanged views on the application of the theoretical knowledge they learned during their studies in production conditions.
