On April 29, 2025, a meeting was held at Khazar University with a delegation from Türkiye's Üsküdar University. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör, Rector of Üsküdar University, Prof. Muhammad Nuriyev, Acting Rector of Khazar University, deans, and representatives from the International Relations Department.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on expanding cooperation in the fields of education and research, student and faculty exchange, implementation of joint scientific projects, and other matters of mutual interest. The main topic of discussions was the development of academic cooperation and relations between the two universities.

Within the framework of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Khazar University and Üsküdar University. This document lays the foundation for establishing strategic partnership between the parties and implementing joint projects in the future.

At the conclusion of the meeting, gifts were presented and commemorative photos were taken.
