On April 29, 2025, a meeting was held at Khazar University with representatives of Vigo Care LLC in order to expand opportunities for international cooperation. The company specializes in recruiting students from Arab countries to higher education institutions in Azerbaijan.

The meeting was attended by Vigo Care LLC’s General Manager Khaled Al-Baroudi and Executive Manager Tofiq Hasanzada, and from Khazar University, Head of the International Relations Office Fatima Valiyeva, Office Coordinator Jala Mammadova, and Rector’s Advisor on International Affairs (Arab World) Ahmed Elaydi.

During the meeting, potential partnership opportunities and areas of cooperation were discussed in detail. Discussions focused on attracting students from Arab countries to Khazar University, arrangements for their accommodation and settlement, as well as the implementation of future joint projects.
