From April 18 to 20, 2025, the first intellectual marathon for children of martyrs was held within the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty" initiative, organized by the “YAŞAT” Foundation. The news was shared by the Public Relations Department of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The project included nearly 50 children of martyrs aged between 16 and 21. The marathon was implemented with the support of Shahdag Tourism Center and sponsored by “PASHA Technology” LLC and the World Turkish Business Council (DTIK).

The main goal of the event was to ensure the productive use of participants' free time, support their intellectual development, and create opportunities for gaining new knowledge and skills. Within the marathon, a range of intellectual games, knowledge contests, and entertainment sessions were organized. At the end of the event, all participants and winners were awarded valuable gifts and prizes.

Students of Khazar University's School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences – first-year Political Science student Mətləb Samidli and third-year Translation (English) student Abbas Isgandarli – actively participated in the event. Mətləb Samidli’s team won first place, while Abbas Isgandarli’s team was awarded second place.

The “YAŞAT” Foundation regularly organizes various training courses, camps, and development-oriented events for children of martyrs both in the country and abroad.
