Assoc.Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, the head of Khazar University's Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, has published an article “The Future of National Sovereignty in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” published in the Turkish monthly journal "Kriter" (April 2025, Volume 9, No 100). The journal is widely recognized as an influential publication in Türkiye.

In the article, the author touched upon the rapid renewal of information, the impact of this process on state sovereignty, the changes that may occur in the traditions of national statehood with the development of modern technologies, and other issues.
