Prof. Academic Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, spoke on April 5, 2025, as a presenter at the panel "Artificial Intelligence and Youth: Endless Possibilities" during the event "World Youth - Youth World" organized by Khazar University's Sumgayit "Dünya" School at the Sumgayit City Heydar Aliyev Center.

The panel, moderated by Associate Professor Elza Samadova, Head of the Higher Education Institutions Sector at the State Agency for Science and Higher Education and Head of the SABAH Groups Executive Committee, featured several distinguished speakers including Prof. Buket Akkoyunlu, Advisor to the Rector of Çankaya University (Türkiye); Prof. Misir Mardanov, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Director of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences; Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov, Deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Vugar Javadov, graduate of "Dünya" School and Boston University, Head of "Neurotime", Chairman of the Supervisory Board at "Novix Capital" and "BH Media"; Gunay Kazimzade, "Young Researcher of the Year" in artificial intelligence in Germany, Chief AI Consultant at "Mercedes-Benz Consulting", and the first Azerbaijani winner of Google's grant for women.

Following the presentations, participants answered questions and toured an exhibition organized by students.

Dr. Raziya Isayeva, Dean of the School of Economics and Management at Khazar University, and other university staff also attended the event.
