On March 10, 2025, a seminar on “Harnessing AI to Advance Sustainability and Green Skills” was held at Dunya School, organized by Khazar University.
The event began with an opening speech by Dr. Razia Isaeva, Dean of the School of Economics and Management at Khazar University. She introduced the speaker and provided an overview of the event’s agenda.
The keynote speaker, specialist of Cambridge University Dr. Maria Toro Troconis, delivered a presentation on how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to promote sustainability and enhance green skills. She discussed the application of AI technologies in solving environmental challenges, reducing carbon footprints, and supporting the use of clean energy.
The seminar concluded with interactive discussions, where participants had the chance to engage in activities using an AI app. The event was attended by staff from both Khazar University and Dunya School.
