From March 24 to 28, 2025, Associate Professor Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, along with a group of students from the department, participated in the Spring School on International Relations and Diplomacy. The program was organized by the Strategic Thinking Student Diplomacy Center and the One Volunteer Student Organization.

As part of the event, Associate Professor Orkhan Valiyev delivered a lecture titled "The Turkic Response in Times of Uncertainty: The Organization of Turkic States." During the session, participants were provided with in-depth insights into the role of the Organization of Turkic States in regional cooperation under conditions of uncertainty, the geopolitical approaches of Turkic-speaking countries, and their future perspectives.

The Spring School was attended by Khazar University’s graduate students Firuza Ismayilova and Melek Huseynova, as well as undergraduate students Azer Hasanov, Mir Aqshin Alizade, Seyid Hasanli, Elchin Ashurlu, and Ibrahim Alasgarli. Over the course of the five-day program, students not only enhanced their theoretical knowledge but also had the opportunity to apply what they learned through group work and presentations.
