On March 6, 2025, a seminar on "AGILE Approaches and Practical Application" was organized by the Department of Economics and Management at Khazar University.

The guest speaker of the seminar was Ulvi Asadli, Business Process Supervisor at SOCAR Downstream. The experienced specialist provided detailed information to students about the main principles of Agile methodology, its application in the modern business environment, and its advantages.

During the event, Ulvi Asadli shared examples from his real work experience, demonstrating how Agile is effectively used in project management. There was a particular focus on the practical application of popular Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.

In the interactive part of the seminar, participants presented their questions and actively participated in discussions. Students received valuable advice on how to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice.
