A high-level diplomatic engagement transpired on March 3, 2025, as representatives from O.P. Jindal Global University (India), including Rahul Bhandari, Director of the Office for Institutional Advancement and Strategic Global Relations, and Svapnil Bhosale, Senior Manager of the Office for Rankings, Benchmarking and Institutional Transformation, conducted an official visit to Khazar University.

The substantive bilateral discussions were attended by a distinguished contingent of Khazar University officials, comprising Prof. Muhammad Nuriyev, Acting Rector; Prof. Isakhan Isakhanli, Vice-Rector for Administration and Student Affairs; Dr. Fakhranda Afandiyeva, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering; Dr. Gunel Bahaddinova, Dean of the Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology; Dr. Milana Abbasova, Head of the Department of English Language and Literature; Dr. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy; and Fatima Valiyeva, Director of the International Relations Department.

The productive dialogue centered on establishing comprehensive bilateral relations between the academic institutions. Each delegation delivered meticulous presentations, providing extensive insights into their respective universities.
