The founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, participated as a guest speaker at the exclusive gathering "AI Meets Humanity: Shaping Corporate Culture and Promoting Mental Well-Being. The Event for HR Community in Azerbaijan" held on February 22, 2025, which brought together leading HR experts to share and discuss ideas about the future of human resources in the region.

In his presentation titled "Intelligence that Changes the World," Prof. Acad. Isakhanli shared his thoughts on the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and human intellect. Exploring the role of AI in shaping modern workplaces and its impacts on society, he emphasized the importance of balancing technological innovations with human-centered values.

Other prominent speakers at the event included Vivek Arora (Managing Director of MENA Region at SHRM), Kęstutis Vaškelevičius (Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan), Laura Hamidova (Founder and Director of FireWorks HRM), and Mayis Aliyev (Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor).
