On February 13, 2025, a group of students from Khazar University had an opportunity to visit the FAB Group of Companies as part of an educational excursion. This visit provided an insightful look into the company’s manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and innovation-driven approach to production.

The students were warmly welcomed by the company representatives, who introduced them to FAB Group's history, core values, and mission. Following this, the students were given a guided tour of the production facilities, where they had the chance to observe the different stages of manufacturing, including the selection of raw materials, the blending and processing phases, packaging, and quality assurance.

One of the most engaging parts of the visit was the introduction to FAB Academy’s quality control laboratories, where students learned about the various scientific and technical procedures used to ensure product safety and consistency. The experts at the academy explained how different tests, including chemical analysis, durability assessments, and sensory evaluations, are conducted to maintain the highest quality standards. The students also had the chance to witness some of these tests in action, giving them valuable insights into the importance of research and development in industrial production.

To enhance the learning experience, the company representatives provided detailed explanations of the technology and machinery used in production, highlighting how automation, precision engineering, and sustainability practices play a role in modern manufacturing. Students were particularly interested in the company’s efforts to minimize environmental impact through waste reduction, recycling initiatives, and energy-efficient processes.
