Professor Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees of Khazar University, attended the presentation of the two-volume book “Detailed Register of Tabriz Liva” compiled by Acad. Shahin Mustafayev, President of the International Turkic Academy, at Baku State University (BSU) on February 19, 2025.

In his address, Isakhanli highlighted the significant historical role of Tabriz in Azerbaijan's history and emphasized the importance of the two-volume “Detailed Register of Tabriz Liva,” which features an extensive introductory article by Academician Shahin Mustafayev, President of the Turkic Academy.
